The car repair itself seems like a 10 … running well, looks great. Communicating with us was not so great, and the delay of one week in starting the repair was really inexcusable. If you were not able to start the repair when you requested the vehicle, letting us know of the delay would have been helpful and professional respect. That delay … our car was drivable … caused us to have a rental for 8 extra days. That kind of service is unhelpful.

The repair took longer than expected. However, the scope of the repair expanded to include a wheel alignment and more parts needed to be ordered late in the repair process. Understandable, but not communicated well. In general, text updates would have been best

From my initial inquiry about the repair with the professionalism and attentiveness to the kind and friendly atmosphere supported by Denise at the front desk. Support staff, drivers, friendly and cordial. Would recommend to anyone. Worked well with my insurance as well.

The team at the desk was helpful in arranging the shuttle bus for me. The shuttle bus picked me up and dropped me off in a timely manner. The repair appraiser answered my questions about filing a claim and explained the general claim process which was extremely helpful. The repair team replaced my car mats which was a bonus. The car was clean when I picked it up, the repairs were great. I could not be happier with the entire experience! Thanks to everyone!
