No question and no doubt about it, I would never recommend any place other than Royal Automotive for any level of vehicle body work. This is my second time with them and the quality did not drop in the intervening six years. I genuinely think that they have gotten better since 2020, and I thought they did a tremendous job back then as well.

For the amount of damage on my car, I can’t believe I don’t see where the undamaged part meets the previously damaged part. The colors aren’t close, they’re perfect!

Candidly, I am not sure how customer service could have been any better. I was greeted with enthusiasm, treated with respect, provided with empathy for the loss of the car (even temporarily), kept informed of every step of the process, and was always met immediately and cheerfully every time I stepped inside. On any scale of satisfaction, Royal Automotive exceeds the best number.

My front door was not put back on correctly, there is a lot of air noise. And from what Cadillac told me the window shifted it needs to be readjusted, but you guys refuse to do it.
