The Royal Automotive team gave frequent updates on the status of our repairs and were always friendly and polite. I was very pleased with he level of communication. When we finally got our car back, everything looked great and your team even buffered a few minor scratches on our car that we didn't discuss.

Everything was absolutely great, so far the work looks great and they were prompt! Didn’t give full 10 only because I wish I could have gotten an earlier appt, as well as, an appt a lil earlier for the repairs. HOWEVER, that goes to show how busy and reliable they are. It was projected that I would get my car back for about a week so Monday-Monday. They were great at communicating that to me. They don’t have control over shipping and availability of parts, so that’s completely understandable. Yet, I received a call Wednesday evening that my car would be avail that Thurs after 10am. Which was a pleasant surprise! They did a great job in washing my car also. We shall see how well the paint holds up with the normal wear and tears. Otherwise, everything looks great!

Service was prompt, and the office manager was extremely knowledgeable and helpful as she explained the details of the repairs needed on my car. My car looks brand new, with no sign of previous damages; the paint matches perfectly to the rest of the car. Beautiful work, and a job well-done!
