Su was a pleasure to work with, very friendly and helpful. I called several shops looking for a catalytic converter for our Gen 3 Toyota Prius and nobody could help me until I called Royal Automotive. For some reason, none of the other shops even suggested going with an aftermarket part! If not for Su's suggestion on going with an aftermarket part, I would still be waiting for a Toyota OEM part! Thanks!
