Car repairs look great-as good as new. It took a while but the staff was always honest and straightforward as to time frames and completion requirements. We appreciate that. So glad to have our Taurus back.

First, it was completed 4 days ahead of the projected completion date, which was a very pleasant surprise! Second, all the steps in the process were clearly explained (e.g., might be a delay in parts give supply chain issues). Everyone was friendly and customer service oriented. The status emails also helped. We would clearly recommend to others to use your body shop, and we would go back (although we hope we don't have to!)
