The repair seems good so far and overall it was pretty fast. The response time to communication was good too. My only gripe was that the date shifted a few times, so better expectations could have been set and the repair / paint cost for my tailgate was excessive as compared to others. Should be a $500 repaint versus an $800-$1200 deal.
