Rudy Schmid Total Car Care is a third generation family owned business. Our Grandfather, Rudy, began in his backyard after immigrating from Europe in 1929. Over the years, the business has grown to where we are today. Owners P.J. Schmid and Diane Schmid-McCall use what they learned from their father Paul Schmid, to treat their employees and customers fairly. We offer collision repairs, mechanical repairs and maintenance, along with a rust proofing service. We have been serving the Syracuse area for 30 years, and will continue to bring our brand of customer service and quality repairs for years to come.

Rudy's always does a great job in workmanship. Car was at shop for about 6 weeks. Rudy's did provide loaner though. THis was the first instance of an issues after going there for years.

THe big blond guy should be fired. He makes excuses, fails to acknowledge incoming customers making them wait several minutes while he finishes his stupid personal conversation before acknowledging presence.
