Please check the law on charging customers a fee when paying with a debit card. It’s called the Durbin Amendment. A surcharge is legal when using a credit card, NOT a debit card. Thank you!

I am very happy with the customer service and the color match. The rear two rims were missed. They were on my statement to the insurance and pictures were taken when I brought the car into get the original quote. Otherwise I am very pleased.

Took too long and billed for something not done...and accusing me of damaging the hubcap after I left

It took almost 3 weeks to repair minimal damage..when I finally picked it up there was some black glue or something on the rear quarter panel and there was an area on the front quarter panel that I noticed some tape marks 😳..the owner came out and said that can be buffed out...they took it back in and removed the black stuff and buffed out the front while waited . The brought the car out and I checked it ...it looked good 👍. I drove home. Got into driveway and looked at the car again...I noticed that there was a small scrape in the hubcap..I called and the owner said he didn't know what I did after I left, but in good faith he would repair the damaged hubcap and I could pick it up in a couple days...I picked up the repaired hubcap today and it is a brand new hubcap...not repaired...it is a plastic hubcap...no way you guys repaired this hubcap to be brand new 😀...not a fan of your practices. I will not be bringing anymore vehicles to your establishment.

The only reason I give them this score is because, they could never confirm the date of when it would be finished. They kept telling me next week. That happened three weeks in a row.
