Very happy with customer service when scheduling repairs. Upon calling for an updated completion date, I was treated poorly. I was very understanding with the completion date being pushed out due to less personnel but was also told it was pushed out due to the fact that I confirmed our appointment late and the parts didn’t get ordered. I did not receive a confirmation call until the Wednesday, August 31st at 1:35 pm. I confirmed my appointment on Thursday at 4:18 pm. We were scheduled to bring our truck in on September 6th, the day after the Labor Day holiday. I imagine it takes a couple of days if not more to get parts delivered and we should have been contacted long before August 31st. I don’t appreciate being treated the way I did and have never been treated this way by any other employee at Rupert’s.
