The quality work on the hood is very well done. I am disappointed the mirror i supplied was not installed. And when i started the car to leave it sounded like the muffler or converter was dragged over something a sounds like an exhaust leak.

Repairs took a little longer than expected but totally not on the body shop. My vehicle was in an accident that required additional repairs which added on to the appointment.

After my 2011 Ford F150 was repaired I had some concerns and Ruperts stepped up to make sure everything was to my level of expectation. Drivers door and fender replaced and thier color match of a 3 stage Platinum white was spot on. I looked at the color match from a variety of angles and lighting conditions and its very well done!

All personnel were polite and addressed all of my questions and concerns with professionalism. I had concerns about my rear view camera being damaged in the accident and I was told in a very straightforward manner what would be covered by my insurance and what would not be covered. It was news that I did not necessarily enjoy and yet I am thankful I was told with honesty and integrity.

Everything look good a shiny except some one put an old part back on I have to come back in to get new one on. Right now there is something wrong in engine so I have to get that checked out first makes loud whistle noise
