After taking possession of my car, I took it home and did a careful exam of the work. I want to say that Rupert’s did an excellent job and my car is like new. Color is matched perfectly and the different panels are assembled correctly. I would take my car there any time I have an accident.

My license plate holder was broken and they failed to let me know.

when checking out, I paid with a credit card and that i would have to pay an additional $5 credit card fee they just initiated. It would of been nice to know that ahead of time.

Left my dust cover off underneath my hood.Dust cover is sitting in the back of my truck. It smells like my windows were left open during wet weather and now my truck smells inside. I have not had a chance to bring the truck back yet. Thanks John Bush
