The biggest thing that would deter me is the money issue. What Russ charged and what my insurance and I were supposed to pay did not match up and that’s not cool

My car turned out great, and I appreciate the care that was put into fixing it. What I did not like was that I had to pay more than just my deductible out of pocket because Russ had done things that my insurance didn’t approve. Also, you all have not cashed my check that I gave to you over 2 weeks ago. I will be calling about this soon.

Robert and Don communicated and kept me in the loop on the timing of the repair. With supply chain issues, Covid, and other impacts, it took longer than it normally would, but I expected that and they communicated well.

Russ Auto Body did a excellent job on my car. It looks like I just purchased a brand new car. I’m totally satisfied with their work. They were very professional, kind and knowledgeable. I will recommend them to everybody. The receptionist was so friendly and kind. I enjoyed talking with her.

Russ Auto Body was very upfront with the repair process and some of the supply chain delays in obtaining parts. They did a very thorough job restoring my car after being rear ended quite severely. Thanks for being a quality local body shop. I will not hesitate to recommend you to others or use you in the future if I have need.
