Wow! I am impressed. I needed to have my front bumper repaired and was on the search for a body shop. Russ Auto Body was able to provide me with a quote the same day. They were honest and understood my budget needs. They did not try to oversell and fixed my car keeping budget in mind. I received calls with updates on my vehicle and it was ready when they said it would be. No delays! Being a young women and not knowing anything about cars, I am always suspicious of individuals trying to sell me parts I don’t really need. I did not feel this way at all! When I went to go pick up my car, the estimate was only a few bucks more than expected. Which is great! There was no unexpected expensive up charge. Everyone was very friendly. I appreciate it! Russ Auto Body did a great job communicating every step of the process. Didn’t matter it my wife or I called they were very responsive and informed. They made this unfortunate accident seem as though it never happened. 5 out 5 stars review from me!

The staff we're polite and the work done on the car was absolutely phenomenal! They went above and beyond to fix my car and they even Cleaned the interior of my car and put a smell good inside! My jaw literally dropped. I've NEVER had, seen or heard of customer service like this at a car shop! I referred a friend immediately. Big thanks to the whole team.

My overall experience with Russ Auto Body was great. They explained everything to me clearly, worked directly with my insurance company, and sent me text updates throughout the process. When I picked up my car, I was able to leave my rental car, and they contacted Enterprise for me. Friendly people, and the work was fantastic. Highly recommend!
