In person in was great, however communication by phone was slow at times and the automated text system is confusing and unreliable and should be eliminated. I revived a text that my car would be ready on a certain day/time, but when I arrived to pick it up, I was told that the text was more a suggestion and that my car wasnât ready. I had to arrange a ride to pick up my car so I was annoyed when it was ready and I had to reschedule this again.
