The quality of repair was very good, but leading up to getting the repair was not. I was told the shop was backed up and wouldn’t be able to get me in to work on my car for three weeks. After waiting a 4th week to hear from the shop, I still hadn’t received communication, so I called for an update. They told me it would be another three weeks, but three weeks later, I still hadn’t heard back. I had to travel for work at this point and needed to drive 8 hours so I could bring supplies with me that I needed for the work meeting. I didn’t feel safe driving my car this distance, so I reached out to the body shop again - at this point, I had been driving my car, which was missing the entire front bumper and had some internal damage for two months. When I communicated the need for a rental to make the work trip, the shop scheduled my appointment to get me in two days later, which makes me think they may have had the ability to get my car in sooner but were just dragging their feet. I drive about 20-30 minutes to and from work every day and did not feel safe driving my car in its condition for two months. I’m very disappointed with the lack of communication during that period of time and think that I would most likely still be waiting to get my car in the shop now if I hadn’t had to travel for work.

The process took forever. It took 3 months to get an appointment and then they had our car for 4 weeks! That is an unacceptable time frame for repairs.
