Russ Auto Body has exceptional customer service and quality of work. While it took some time to get my car back, that was completely out of their control. They kept me apprised the entire time and managed all communications with all parties, so I did not have to worry about anything. If I ever require work again, without hesitation, I will take my car to Russ Auto body every time. They maintain high standards with their quality of work and customer service, which is rare for any company. I would recommend them to anyone needing work.

Robert was outstanding. This repair was only held up due to supply chain issues with a computer module. He stayed on top of everything to get my car finished and back on the road so I could finally drive home to NY.

I had short amount of time to look at vehicle. It was dark when I picked it up and had to leave early next morning to travel for 25 days. Did look the car over with overhead light fixtures. What I could see satisfied with paint and repairs.
