I fail to understand how something could be on the rear quarter panel and be "clear coated over". That is what was said possibly happened when it was pointed out. Also, not sure why the passenger side bumper was not smoothed. Being a shop that does collision and body work, would expect better.

Being told that something probably got in the way while they were spraying the clear coat on, does not make sense. It seems more like the scratch from the accident was over looked instead of filled in, painted, sanded, then clear coated. Whether an over sight or due to other reasons, like the car being over 160k miles, I do not know.

Tony was wonderful to work with but the repairman left a scratched door handle on my perfectly new door so I’m not sure what that was about. Other than that it looks good. Thanks for the repair.
