You did well once it happened, but I got an estimate, I responded saying go ahead, then you forgot about me. I sent a couple emails but didn't actually get anything happening until I called. After that it worked fine. I am embarrassed that I went in on the 22nd with a problem that had gone away and I didn't notice. My excuse is I was out of town for the week before and just jumped in the car without even looking to see if the engine light was still on. But thank you for what you did.

The work was done well and timely but there were a few hiccups with the payment side of things.

Overcharged me $707 and refuse to follow through on a refund or communicate about it, zero communication throughout the repair process without me having to initiate it, wiped down the windows with unnecessary gunk that causes them to look dirty and fog up quickly.

Great job, thanks for cleaning inside but please next time no smelly air freshener. Some of us are scent sensitive & we get sick.

They did not keep me informed about the repair process at all while they had me car. When I would call they would provide me with information but they would tell me things about how they already had insurance approval to do things, which means they had known for at least a day, and I feel they should have informed me about these additional repairs. Just a simple call to say "we found x damage that will add x amount of days on to the repair time, we just wanted to keep you informed on the status of your car" would have went a long way. The repairs look good and the detailing is good, but there really needs to be a better way to keep people informed. Even updating your website link that is emailed. I got an email with a link that would let me "track the status of my car" where they easily could put updates and I could get an email about new updates on that. Instead, that tracker is probably the most useless thing ever and provides no information whatsoever. I have no idea why its sent out, it literally just said that they started the repairs on my car and they didn't even mark it as finished when it was done.

The repair itself is very good and the detail looks very good as well. But the extreme lack of communication about what was happening with my car along with keeping it for three times longer than initially planned without communicating what was going on makes it so I would not recommend unless you absolutely need to get your car in immediately. My car had minimal damage that made in still drivable. The accident I was in that made me need the repairs was less of an inconvenience to me than this repair was because of how long it took and how long it made me without a car. They were able to get me an appointment quickly but if the trade off is that you get an appointment quickly and then they have to keep you car for triple the amount of time they initially said, I would have rather waited months for an appointment seeing as my car worked just fine.

I was given information when I called but no one would reach out to me about updates. When I initially brought in my car I was told it would take 5 days to fix and when I called a week later they told me something else major was broken and that it was going to at least double the time they would need my car, but that they already had approval from my insurance to fix it. Why would I not be called and informed of something that is going to double the amount of time that my car is going to be in the shop? The lack of communication when new things pop up is concerning. I don't think the customer should have to call to find out new things are wrong with their car. A car is someone's property and people should be properly informed when you find new issues with it, I shouldn't have had to call constantly to find out updates. Also, would you have ever called to let me know what was going on? Or if I didn't call would you have just kept my car for significantly longer than you originally said you were going to without ever calling to inform me what was going on? I was also told multiple different statuses of my car multiple days in a row where I was told on a Wednesday my car was being detailed and then the next day, Thursday, it was still being painted and not even detailed yet. The miscommunication or lies are unacceptable. I would have had no issues if I had been properly informed and had been given consistent information when I called.

Poor communication from your team, delay after delay mainly due to your team not calling the insurance company after their email to them with no response. Communication is very much lacking. Then your paint department, you need more employees.

Not being able to plan adequately when I had no vehicle was stressful when I kept being told I would have it back soon and it wasn’t ready. Plus the battery had died when I went to finally get it because the crew had the AC on full blast and high beams were left on when I got it. Maybe they left doors open during the repair too. Anyway it wouldn’t start which delayed me getting the van again.

Customer service could greatly improve. I was told my job would take “a couple of days.” It took 2 weeks! I was called with an update *once* and the other times I had to chase down people on the phone. I called back every 2 days because they kept telling me it would be done in another 2 days so I had to keep checking on my own. It caused me stress and anxiety to not know a better time frame especially since I was borrowing another car and had to keep telling that person I couldn’t return it yet. I would have liked a more realistic time frame so I could plan better. It drove me crazy. However, the repair job turned out well apart from my vehicle not starting when I went to pick it up because they had drained my battery all the way down. I had to wait another day while they charged the battery to get my van back. The whole process felt unreliable even if the bumper repair turned out nicely.

As stated before they could not give me a realistic time frame for the repair to be done which caused unnecessary stress in my life and the life of the person I was borrowing a car from. A “couple of days” turned into two weeks.

I was told originally that the car would be done in a week. It took 23 days. I called several times and was told 3 different times it would be done the NEXT DAY. Clearly that was not true.
