There are quiet a few minor things wrong with our truck still, the Ford XLT emblem says Ford XL on one side, there is a big scratch on the inside of the passenger door, the two tires that were replaced were both on the passenger side instead of being on one axel which makes it pull, also both the fog lights are scratched or broken. The hood has a gap on the one side. The 7 weeks it took to fix our truck was too long without a loaner.

Use to always go to Suburban. But have had less than a positive experience there lately. My daughter told me to try Russ Milne for my needs. When I had my recent accident, I decided to bring my car here. What a difference! You took a bad situation and made it as positive as possible from the moment I called. I arrived and you had all the paperwork ready, looked and my car, and had the car rental company come pick me up. Constant updates and I picked up my car today! Very nice job. I am telling everyone about Russ Milne! I will be back for service and future car purchases. THANK YOU!!!!

My vehicle was returned to me without some interior parts installed, a mismatched wheel, and a new scratch on the front bumper. I would have also have expected to be shown the repairs but instead was handed the keys and told my vehicle was parked a few rows out. Also per the text messaging my vehicle was “on track” for completion on Monday but was not completed until Wednesday.
