We found the communication lacking. No one ever informed us of what was being done to the vehicle, didn’t find out until it was picked up. When my husband called the first time he was told someone would call him back the next day, no one ever called back. When we picked the vehicle up it was dirty. Was told it was clean, but it rained. However, it had rained two days prior and the car wouldn’t have been that dirty from rain unless it was dusty to begin with. My guess is they cleaned it, but when they found the wheel had to be sent out they never cleaned it again. We find it hard to believe that you would work on the car and never feel the need to inform us of what was happening (you have an email system that you don’t use to it’s potential). We were very disappointed. Time will tell how the workmanship is, it looks good so far (but difficult to tell on a dirty car).

They done an excellent job on my vehicle. Didn't take long and the rental vehicle was much appreciated. I will continue to buy my vehicles here. I just wish you dealership was closer for routine oil changes.
