Great service and communication throughout the whole process. Repair and repaint came out excellent. Slight imperfections (couple little bumps when you look and feel closely). But I’m very happy. Highly recommend.

From the start, the customer service provided here was impeccable. I usually fear having to make phone calls because many service reps are incredibly rude but that was not the case here. I got to speak with Steph who was incredibly kind and patient while getting a date set up for me to come in. Even when coming into the shop, I was met with kindness and I appreciated how any question I had did not go unanswered.

I had a great experience with Russ Ward Auto Body. From beginning to end, the team kept me updated throughout the repair process and made everything easy to understand. When I picked up my 2024 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD, I was extremely impressed with the quality of the work. The truck looks immaculate — the paint match, bodywork, fit and finish all came out excellent, and honestly it looks like the accident never happened. I also really appreciated the attention to detail and the communication throughout the entire process. Thank you to Charlene & Stephanie and the entire Russ Ward team for taking such good care of my truck. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a quality body shop.
