Incredible service from start to finish. Charlene was very quick to respond with an estimate and thorough with all questions I had. I had body work done that was not related to an insurance claim, and the shop stayed true to the estimate. Charlene said the work was more than expected (and the invoice showed it) but she was going to keep her word with the original price. The work is absolutely flawless. They went above and beyond what I was expecting and anticipating. My only regret is not bringing my car in sooner since I’ve been needing the work done. It took longer than originally expected, and they offered me a loaner vehicle (at no charge) for the inconvenience. I was able to coordinate alternate means of transportation, so I didn’t need to, but the fact that they did was amazing. Once my car was ready, they even brought it to where I work since I wouldn’t have been able to make it to the shop that day. If I ever need any future body work done, I will only ever bring my vehicle to Russ Ward. I will be sure to refer anyone who asks me for recommendations; you won’t get any better when it comes to price, honesty, transparency, and quality. Normally with auto shops, you have to give up at least one of those, but not here.
