The only fly in the ointment is that the aiming of the new headlamps was either not done accurately or not done at all. I had to re-adjust the lamps. I knew high high those beams were to be because I used the truck as reference when replaced headlamps of my van a few months ago. So I still recall how high those beams from headlamps were.

Everything else was fine but there were some minor flaws in the paint job that I’m not even sure it’s worth complaining about. There’s a small chip on the bumper just above the license plate and some specs of dust/or bumps on the driver side where it would’ve had a scratch from the accident which was painted and corrected but left little specs paint. It wasn’t a clean paint job.

They did amazing work on our Toyota, Sienna. It was definitely worth the wait! I would 100% recommend them to anyone I know! All the staff was amazing ! Steph was amazing ‘ she was all on top on giving us an update! Thank you for all your hard work that you did on our car! Definitely appreciate it

Amazing top notch quality service Stephanie and Scott were very friendly, welcoming, and attentive my truck looks so great and after two months it was worth the wait. They went above and beyond to ensuring me to keep updated on my truck, next thing I knew, my truck came back squeaky clean, sparkly gleaming clean. You couldn’t tell it had been in an accident. This shop is def a 10 out of 10 excellent customer service and service. Told all my friends and family.

From reception to the end. I was satisfied the way they recieved me and my car (Bettina 7BBG172). Reception tells you what's gonna happen and at least for how long. They constantly update me of how things are going. Estimates of when is the car about to be picked up. The whole experience made me believe that there are still good people around on earth. I was devastated to see my car broken. Now ..she looks better than when i got her last year from CARMAX. THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART. Thanks for taking care of my car like it's your own. The best Auto Body & Paint Repair Shop I have ever experienced. I've been to known Dealerships that can't even get close to this tier or workmanship. They excelled in customer service, kept me up to date on the progress frequently and finished prior to target date. Vehicle looks amazing, great quality work and quality paint. Not wishing to have another accident again but definitely will reccomend or return for other vehicle body work or paint jobs if needed.
