There was apparently no communication between Nationwide and the repair shop. Nationwide said I didn’t have to pay a deductible and the repair shop said they would not release the car without paying a deductible. This caused us considerable anxiety.

Russell's Paint and Body (paid-for by the man-who-hit-us's insurance, State Farm) renewed our car. They really did a beautiful job! We are completely satisfied. Not only did they replace the bumper and repaint everything better than factory condition, but the car's alignment is perfect. I guess that's one way to get all the bugs off the front of your car! In the end, Russell's did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing body work.

I can’t believe how good the bumper looks. They initially weren’t sure how well they could color match the new bumper since my car is so old, but you would have no idea it isn’t the same color! It looks fantastic.
