Chris O’neil is an asset to your company. I have had 2 separate repairs done in the last 2 months and Chris was excellent. He made the entire process very easy and communicated well during the time my car was there. He emailed daily regarding progress on my car which I appreciate and got both jobs done very quickly. He was available immediately both times I initially brought my car in. I never had to wait and Chris was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Both times were the easiest, least complicated experiences I have ever had at a body shop. I live on the other side of the county but will use this location going forward.
