Russells was so busy when I took my car in that I was told it would be more than three months before they could work on it š. I only have one car but because my neighbor was able to lend me his car I was able to leave it with the body shop with the hope of them being able to work it in sooner. I was delighted when they called just over a month later and said it was ready!š It was late on a Friday when they called and they graciously waited until I could get there before closing for the weekend. I am totally pleased with the work they did and appreciate that the car was completely cleaned inside and out! It was a pleasure to chat with the gentleman who checked me in and out as well.

Probably due to extreme damage to car, but it took about 3 months to complete the work. However, between Russell's and Hyundai the work is outstandingly excellent! That's appreciated very much!

My experience at Russellās was excellent! I highly recommend this paint and body shop. Every employee I interacted with was extremely helpful and respectful. They were sensitive to my feelings of stress and grief, my car was nearly totaled! And I was pretty shook up due to how much damage was on the car. But they helped me, they were honest and they helped me understand what insurance was saying to me. All they guys, especially John, were very friendly and honest. This is rare to find.
