The quality of the repair is absolutely first rate. The car looks brand-new. My only criticism is that it took three months before they could get to it. Fortunately the car was drivable in the interim. Dealing with Russell's couldn't have been easier. They did the insurance evaluation and took care of everything. I hope never to need this service again, but if I do, I"m going back to Russell's.

This truck was bad when it went in. It went through a baseball size hale storm and when they started to work on it, they found more damage than that…huge holes in the truck bed from previous owner that I was unaware of due to a bed liner that was installed. When I went back to pick it up it looked so good I did not think it was my truck. It looked BRAND NEW! Russell’s does absolutely amazing work!

Staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Repair was done in a quick manner and the job was excellent.

Not really their fault, but they are unable to take credit cards at this time. Kind of threw me for a whirlwind when I went to pick up my car. Just wish they would’ve advised me earlier. The owner did call and explain the situation to me and I understand completely. Just wish I had known about it before the day I was to pick up my car.
