Upon arrival to pick up my car, I was handed my keys and my paperwork and told to have a nice day. No one showed me my vehicle, the work that had been done, or my opinion of it.

The body work looked great but when I went to pick the truck up and take it home the service engine started dinging and would not stop said low oil pressure and shut engine off immediately, so I took it back and parked it and notified rusty Wallace collision and they tried telling me it was like that when they got and it don’t make sense to why would I take my truck to them if it had a low oil pressure problem

12 days late from promise date. No one once called to update me about my vehicle. I had to call them and kept getting excuses. They acted like I was bothering them when I would call. Will never use Rusty Wallace Collision Center again!
