Drivers windshield wiper does not contact the windshield at critical points, no alignment was performed after the car had suffered three impacts to the suspension and now the car is unpredictable and does not drive right, hood is not aligned with the rest of the body panels correctly,

They didn't do it right the first time causing me and my wife to be stranded with two kids to be stranded on side of Interstate and now it's two weeks it's took them fix our car.

They were paid to fix the front end of my car and repair the bumper the air conditioning coolant the radiator coolant and fan assembly okay instead of fixing the whole fan assembly they put just a fan blade on the car calls me and my wife and two kids when we got the car back to be broke down on the side of the interstate with radiator leaking antifreeze because they didn't replace the whole fan assembly the first time so now our car is back at the garage causing us to do without a vehicle so to my satisfaction I'm not happy. And the Collision report that I got from my insurance adjuster says fan assembly so now they're telling us that they're going to have to bill our insurance again to fix the fan when they were already paid to fix the hole fan says on my report fan assembly that means the whole thing so here we are waiting another week for them to get the fan assembly and to Bill our insurance when they were already paid for that.

Personnel stated they would call regarding status; never did. Personnel also stated they would return calls; never did. Never kept customer up to date. Always told.me vehicle should be ready following day but kept extending. Very frustrating
