Make sure information given is correct and up to date. I was told yesterday it would be a week to 10 days before my car was ready and then got a call at 3:39 this afternoon that it was ready. Took some doing to get rental car returned and to body shop before 5:00 to pick it up.

When I called on Wednesday afternoon to check on status I was told it would be another week to 10 days and they had extended my rental car but then on Friday afternoon at 3:30 I got a message saying it was ready for pick up. Of course, I was at work and had not made arrangements to return the rental or pick up my vehicle so had to leave work early and rush around to make arrangements. That could have been handled much better

Excellent work. I had to call a couple times for updates on timeline of completion, but they were always courteous and professional.
