The reason I didn’t give you a 10 is because my carpet on both sides of my front seat was dirty. There were big foot prints all over the black carpet. I have had work done at other dealerships and they put down paper mats to keep carpet clean. That might be a suggestion for y’all.

We brought the vehicle in after a week from the accident when Ryan's called to let us know they were ready for it. After a 7-10 days of dropping the vehicle off, i called to get an update and was told they were waiting on a part. We could have been driving our own vehicle instead of utilizing rental and having an out of pocket expense. The total repair took a month and I just felt like there were some unnecessary delays. The workmanship was good, although i asked for a spot to be repaired that was not from the accident and i would pay for it personally (scratch on rear bumper) and it was not completed.

I had to call them 3-4 times for updates. The only contact we received was the day it was completed. A call or two during the process for a status update would be a nice gesture.
