Horrible service..I only took it to ryan because it was a new vehicle but should have took it somewhere else

They did not put vehicle back together very well can hear air coming from outside when driving..also did not put my wind guards on good they can be lifted up easily whereas drivers side cannot lift up..also door seems to be off track because you have to almost slam it to close good ..just didn't do a good repair job

My car went in on 11/5 I was told they may not get to it until 11/20. To my surprise they were done with my car a week later. They kept in constant contact with me about the status of my car. I needed an oil change and the body shop made sure to bring my car over there to get it done for me. He explain in detail the damage of my auto & what all he was going to be doing to it. The girl at the front desk was super nice and answered all my questions. I even had other issues with my car and was unsure if that would be her department or services. She took down my issues and got me to the correct department. Ryan’s is the only place I bring my car to be serviced at because I know my car will be serviced in a timely manner. I feel comfortable as a female that I wouldn’t be taken advantage of during my visits. Every single person I came in contact with was very pleasant to work with. I will continue to bring my auto there for future services.
