Still issues with the vehicle at time of pickup. Spare tire was not reinstalled, old tire was in the trunk along with some old parts when taking the vehicle to fix that I zeen something hanging from underneath in the front which was part of the skid plate the was broken and overlooked. I took the vehicle because they had to order parts and when I had it I noticed it didn't drive properly talked to Mike and brought it back in and I guess it needed a 4 wheel alignment. Still waiting for the skid plate to come in and well driving I noticed a whistling noise coming from somewhere around the windshield and after investigating myself I found that the weather stripping around the windshiel on the driver's side is not installed properly. With all that being said I am not satisfied with the work but I am very satisfied with how Mike has been to work with!!

Communication was terrible. Had the car towed to your facility after hitting a deer. Waited a week and called to see what was going to happen and they hadn't looked at the car yet. The woman working the phones said it would be a good idea to wait to hear on a timeline before renting a car. waited another week and had to call back my self. Was told they were waiting on parts to fix the car(which was news to us since we figured it was totaled) and that it would be a couple weeks. The next day we received a call from Mike who said the car would be done by the end of next week. End of next week came around and we heard nothing. Called the following Monday and they said end of next week. End of next week came around and nothing...All this time we didn't get a rental because they kept giving us a short timeline but that timeline kept coming and going. The repair seems good but after the lack of communication that dragged on for almost 2 months runied my experience with Ryan. I likely won't do business with Ryan in the future which is unfortunate because we've bought our last 3 vehicles there.
