This is my second questionable experience here.
Repair Quality - 1.5/5.0 -
The work was good but it took 8 days to complete work that was to be done in 3-4 days. Most of the delay was because parts were not on hand when the repair started. There was also an additional appointment with the dealer that wasn’t scheduled ahead of time that should have been.
Customer Service - 0.5/5.0 -
Communication was poor. There was only a sorry for the delays. No compensation.
