The personnel was okay … however the updates were supposed to come to me not my father. I gave you my phone number and name but all updates went to my father. Why even ask my for information if you aren’t going to use it. When I went to pick up the car, there were two associates and one was very stressed about someone waiting until the last minute to do something. It’s one thing to talk about customers it’s another thing to talk about customers in front of other customers. The lady that helped me had a dog with her and was making me and other customers feel guilty that we didn’t want the dog all over us, making comments of no you have to stay back here because some people just don’t want you near them and made it seem as if I was bothering them because they had to get some thing off the printer and therefor had to leave the dog alone in the chair. Maybe a sign saying there is a dog on the premise wouldn’t be a bad idea. As it was startling to open the door and have a dog running towards you.
