The delays in getting all the parts in and install did not meet expectations. Now I have to wait for replacement parts come in for the already installed replacement parts that did not meet expectations. Then I have to bring my truck back in to have those parts swapped out

The repairs took an excessive amount of time. Multiple rescheduled completion dates that moved by weeks at a time. Annette and Megan were extremely polite, helpful and responsive. Final repairs have met our expectations for quality. Customer service 10/10. Workmanship 10/10. Duration to complete 3/10.
