I have brought vehicles in to S&S for years with no concerns but this time I felt customer service was lacking from previous interactions. With my car being there for almost 2 months, I was not even offered a complementary detail or anything.

They did an excellent job and were very efficient once they got the parts from GM which took 2 months. I’m quite aware that they had no control over the delay.
