Sal's takes care of everything. Everyone there aims to please. They took care of my car, dealt with my Insurance Company, and updated me throughout the process. Lilliana is a gem. Can’t say enough good things…With an extensive repair ( and unforeseen call-backs with the insurance adjusters) and the difficulties getting parts (the state of this country right now), I was kept well informed each week which helped keep me patient and understanding throughout the process. Any time I called, all my questions were answered quickly, they dealt with any of the hiccups that came from insurance, and when I mentioned I had a trip out of state I was driving for, they hustled to get my car done just in time so I wouldn't have to drive an unfamiliar rental for a long trip.

My experience with Sal’s autobody was 10/10! The customer service was top notch. Lilliana in particular was extremely informative and walked me through the entire process, answered all my questions and put me at ease. They ensured that only authentic Subaru parts were used to repair my car and even washed the car for me better than the local car wash does it. Overall satisfied and will only be going back to Sal’s with any auto body needs in the future
