Customer service was better than that which is received at the Ritz Carlton. Kind, empathetic, patient, and always going above and beyond the call of duty at every turn. Every employee has something special to offer the customer. There is much done to make what could be a stressful time as easy and pleasant as possible. Management is obviously doing a phenomenal job and I’m quite sure has earned the respect snd reverence if the other employees to create such an environment. Great team work! Phenomenal experience!!!
