Before the new owner I wouldn’t have even given it a second thought, this is not the same service I have received many times before

Looked for guidance on importance of aftermarket vs Honda part, I was assured aftermarket would be fine for the piece we were talking about. It does not fit as well as the Honda part. Not to mention a magnet was taken off the hatch,(was not in the way of work to be done) scratches from where it was dragged across to be removed

Again, showed what we were talking about, guy shrugged his shoulders and said that’s pry the difference from it being aftermarket part. Also, wasn’t concerned about the scratches from the magnet
