While the paint and striping repair was done well, we were surprised to see that you all would send a vehicle out of your body shop with two different tail lights. A call to us to determine how to resolve the issue would have been more appropriate. We are not 100% satisfied with the fender repair that we paid extra for. Our past experiences with your body shop have been far better than this.

At one point I was told all the parts had arrived and then on a later phone call I was told that they were still waiting on parts. Not exactly sure what that was about maybe just miscommunication. Overall everyone we interacted with was kind and professional.
