The silver fox at the front desk is the definition of great customer service. I hope you guys are being smart and having someone work with him and learn his ways and how to deal with people. It’s genuine. Not the bullshit “hello how are you non sense”. The guy is solid. Very knowledgeable and straight forward. Should probably be making even more money for the effort he puts into customers.
