My only issue is I was told that worst case the car would be ready in two weeks. It was not and I chose the dates with that estimate in mind. This made my upcoming plans very inconvenient. Any other time would not have been an issue. I know things happen but maybe when providing an estimate of completion, go really worst case so customers can make better decisions on arrangements or date selection. With that said, Rob was very communicative even when having to provide unpleasant news. He was very easy to talk to.

I've never had a problem with any repairs I ve had done ! You would never know my car had damage.They cleaned it inside and out,I wasn't expecting them to clean the inside so it was a nice surprise. 3rd time customer and very satisfied.
