Service experience was great. But after driving it for 15 minutes two days later, it stopped running, had to be towed to Honda. They found the PCU coolant level completely empty causing the car to overheat. This must have been the result of the repair because the car ran fine for 3 months between collision and repair. No leaks were found - your technicians must have forgotten to fill fluid after repair. Warranty covered cost of repair. Feel free to call me at 937-645-9798 if you need further information

Outstanding service. I did find a piece of chrome trim I didn't like the way it was reinstalled. I stopped by and met Ben. He agreed, and replaced it on the spot. I couldn't ask for better service. Mark and Ben are a huge asset to Sam Jackson. This is the second time I have used them and the only place my Ridgline would go.
