Awful! I can’t even express it has changed so much! The customer service, the actual work or lack there of that was completed. My bumper has marks on it where they used something to clamp in it cause marks in my frame. My trunk isn’t lined up properly and is leaving wear marks on the inside plastic, the exhaust are not lined up in the output holes in the back of the car. My head rest were left in the back window along with tools and supplies. Not impressed at all! And Ben is a complete waste of space between his rude comments his lack of customer service and his cocky know it all personality I don’t see how he is still there. Ohhh the owners son I hear! Gotcha ya! Sad! Word of mouth spreads fast and I have been sharing and come to find out this is the typical word in the street now. Talked to a family that used you guys this winter after hitting a deer, they are still trying to get their car fixed, not by you guys of course. Same boat I’m in. My car needs fixed correctly and you guys aren’t the place! Mark is fighting a losing battle over there trying to make up the customer service for the rest, he has apologized so many times. Anyone in upper management or even Ben’s mom or dad- give me a call- 937-844-1756. I hope you guys can turn this around, sure is sad, even Erie insurance has been blown away by this. Do better, be better! Thanks for asking 😀🌟
