Car has scratches on it where I had slid thru some pine tree branches, I mentioned that on the initial visit and I thought they were to be buffed out, but they are still there

They worked with my insurance company to get the settlement that I needed. Sam’s did the best they could and were responsive to my questions. I wouldn’t take my Honda or Acura vehicles anywhere else for colllision repairs.
