Horrible experience, the communication is really bad they keep you on hold for minutes and they never call you back with updates. They didn’t finished my vehicle on the due date, which some times is understandable, but they keep extending the due date with very few progress and giving million excuses and lies. During the repairs they damage other parts on the vehicle that originally had no damage which just made everything worse. Finally they call me that my vehicle was ready for pick up and as soon as I started driving the vehicle I found a bunch of issues.
