With the job itself, it was excellent. Had one issue people never answer phones. It’s frustrating bc I had to drive 30 minutes to check what was happening to my vehicle. I never have this problem with service. Now those guys are awesome.

No communication from claims handler. He was always out for lunch. Give a finished and never was on time. Someone on the shop that was working on the car damage the car. Claim handler should be more commuting was customer. I should show up on the shop supervisor Mr Lopez answer my questions.

Some what satisfied. They never returned phone calls and they never gave updates on the car. The car not ready because they scratched the paint on bumper and was told they returned a call. On the driver side on the fender we saw a that the paint was not shining as the car. We also some paint on the hood was smooth and was not level right.

La reparación como quedó fue un 10 pero lo malo que tardaron más de lo que me dijieron y jamás me marcaron para saber de los retrasos y tampoco cuando lo terminaron sino es que voy físicamente aver que ya estaba listo jamás me avisan pero en el trabajo 10

Solo que no te avisan si ay retrasos y tampoco si ya está terminado no están muy al pendiente la persona de recepción con las personas del taller porque cuando hablas para ver cómo va tu carro tardan mucho en lo que va i pregunta y luego regresa para decirte que para la tarde aló mejor queda y nada pero tampo es como para avisarte cómo que si te atienden bien pero no revisan los expedientes de los carros que ya están listos o los que están retrasados y uno como cliente como va a saber porque ni el la página web te avisan
