Although my car was fine, the customer service was not good. The original appointment time was changed and I informed to come to the shop before 5 pm to meet with Vic to get an estimate on another date. I rushed from the LAX area and arrived at 4:40 pm. Vic was not there and did not leave any information about me coming in.

I’m 95% satisfied! There was a crack in the license place holder, that was missed. They ordered that piece and I’m just waiting for that. Otherwise, the car is great!

Everyone at Sam’s Auto Land was so easy to work with. They handled everything with my car repairs from dealing with insurance and all the many issues that came up along the way to make sure my car was repaired the right way and looked brand new!! Sandra was an absolute pleasure to work with and I am so very grateful for all her help! Unfortunately accidents happen, but if you need your car repaired, Sam’s Auto Land is the place to go! The entire staff are the absolute best!!
