I feel that your insurance company needs to stand by you and help you in any situation during the process. I was talked to but I had a horrible experience “ I personally don’t feel I was treated fair.I feel like a lot of the complaints I had could have been handled better for me” Liberty mutual could have been there for me more than they were.

They were the only place that told me they could look it over for an estimate immediately even though the work would be a month out. Samuels made my car look brand new inside and out! A huge shot out to Randell, everytime I called he answered my questions and provided me with updates, I'm sure I drove him crazy calling but he was always so friendly!
